Under Andrew's direction, scouts helped build three wooden carnival games as requested by the parish council of St. John's of Imperial. The three carnival games are TIC-TAC-TOE Bean Bag Toss, a Frog Stomper Game, and a Bottle Toss Game. The parish currently rents games for every picnic and church event which has become costly. These wooden carnival games will be utilized during parish fund raising events and gatherings to provide entertainment and raise money as the church deems necessary. The games are reusable, thus eliminating need for game rentals the church relied on previously. Photos submitted by Andrew.

Operation Cleanstream 2019 (Part 1)
June 2, 2019
Operation Cleanstream on the upper Meramec Watershed was held in early June this year rather than late August. This was to have access to upper reaches that can not normally be floated in late summer because of typically low water levels. It was a beautiful day and the water was practically perfect for floating. Thanks to all that participated! Thanks to Open Space Council, Missouri Streams Teams, and Bear & Tera Bass and their staff at Ozark Outdoors.
Items collected on the float included a 50 gallon drum, a tractor trailer tire, and an antique glass milk bottle. The glass bottle is from St. Louis Dairy Company (1897 - 1952). In 1953 the St. Louis Dairy changed its name to Sealtest.
